Predicting Final PCDD/F Emissions by Coupling Adsorption Model of Activated Carbon and Relationships of PCDD/Fs and Flue Gas Compositions

Due to their low concentration and complex nature, the low-cost online real-time monitoring of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins dibenzofurans (PCDD/Fs) is a challenge. In this paper, based on coupling adsorption model activated carbon relationship PCDD/Fs flue gas, an system with control final PCDD/F emissions was built for tracing in municipal solid waste incinerators (MSWIs). According system, effects concentration, specific surface area (AC), operating temperature, contact time, fly ash residence ash, lime were discussed. These MSWI parameters reaching standards 0.1 ng international toxic equivalents (TEQ)/Nm3 0.05 TEQ/Nm3 summarized by predicting several published models.
